Fall Festival Pavilion Rentals

THE BARNYARD PAVILION
20' × 40' Pavilion | Up to 50 Guests | $300 | 3-Hour Rental

Our larger Barnyard Pavilion is perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings, celebrations, and larger group outings during the Fall Festival. With eight 6-foot picnic tables and plenty of covered space, it gives your group a comfortable place to gather, eat, celebrate, and relax during your day at the farm.

THE PADDOCK PAVILION

The Perfect Spot for a Smaller Gathering
The Paddock Pavilion is a 20' × 30' covered event tent designed for smaller birthdays, family gatherings, and celebrations during the Fall Festival. With six 6-foot picnic tables, your group has its own dedicated gathering space while staying close to all the fun at the farm.

Make a Day of It at the Fall Festival
Your pavilion is your group’s home base, but the fun doesn’t have to stay under the pavilion. Head out and explore Round Hill Farm with your family and friends. Take a hayride, tackle our 6-acre corn maze, meet the farm animals, enjoy the attractions, pick out the perfect pumpkin, grab some fall treats, and make a day of it together. Planning Your Fall Festival Pavilion Party
Each Fall Festival pavilion rental includes three hours of private use.
The Barnyard and Paddock Pavilions are available for private rentals during our Fall Festival season. For corporate events, larger private events, and farm buyouts at other times of the year, please contact our Events Team
Yes. Pavilion rentals require a minimum number of paid Fall Festival admissions:
Barnyard Pavilion: 30 paid admissions
Paddock Pavilion: 20 paid admissionsNo. The pavilion rental fee reserves your private gathering space. Fall Festival admission is purchased separately for each guest and is subject to the minimum admission requirement for the pavilion selected.
Yes. Reserved pavilion groups may bring simple party food, snacks, birthday cakes, and non-alcoholic beverages for their gathering. Because outside food is otherwise restricted at Round Hill Farm, please contact our Events Team in advance regarding larger food setups, catering, or special requests.
No. Alcohol is not permitted at Round Hill Farm.
Cooking and grilling are not permitted at the pavilion unless specifically approved in advance by Round Hill Farm.
Yes. Small, simple decorations are welcome. Please contact our Events Team for decoration guidelines before your event.
Yes. Parking at Round Hill Farm is free
Round Hill Farm is an outdoor, weather-dependent venue, and operating hours and attractions may be affected by weather. Please contact our Events Team with questions regarding the weather policy for private pavilion rentals.
